Grace & Victory is owned and operated by David Kou.
David is an Elder of the Matheteuo Christian Church. He is currently serving with the Singapore Baptist Convention as Mission Coordinator.
David came to Christ when he was enrolled to study at Ngee Ann Polytechnic, through the NP Navigators. He was discipled and grew as a Christian in the NP Navs campus ministry.
After his NS, he got a job in Ngee Ann Polytechnic as a Technical Officer, and this gave him an opportunity to continue involving in the campus ministry. Later he served full-time as campus ministry staff with the Navigators for 4 years.
Currently, David served as a preaching elder at Matheteuo Christian Church.
David is married to Ruth, and together they have six boys, and the eldest is currently (the year is 2023) going through a year-long mission training program.
David hopes to use Grace & Victory website to share his sermon, his thoughts from the Bible, his prayer requests…etc. so that it will be a blessing to others.
